Soul Sounds, the Premier All-Female Choir in Sri Lanka, directed by Soundarie David-Rodrigo, presents "Glorious Quest – Celebrating 3 Golds at the World Choir Games in Graz, Austria - 2008", at 7.30 p.m., on August 20th, at the Lionel Wendt. Proceeds will be in aid of the Millennium Institute for children with special needs.
The concert will showcase the choir's winning performances in the Gospel, Pop and Folk categories, with a few bonus numbers as well. Jerome L. De Silva is the Artistic Director of Soul Sounds and Neranjan de Silva and Christopher Prins will accompany the choir on keyboard and drums, respectively.
