i disagree with opinion blink.lk is endorsing:

GENOCIDETM is a branding created by the LTTE and pro-LTTE supporters. The LTTE attempted interpret the military offensives against the LTTE as genocide of Tamils in Sri Lanka.

With the LTTE losing Kilinochchi, the LTTE began their GENOCIDETM campaign.

How we humans are discriminatory by nature and how our cultural, religious and social values contribute in countering or encouraging such behavior.

Discrimination

Discrimination can be defined as "the denial of equal access to social resources to people on the basis of their group membership." Preferential treatment towards a person based on caste, religion, skin color, etc.

The only way peace would have worked with the LTTE is with the establishment of Eelam. Since they knew the government would never submit to that, for the LTTE, every ceasefire was a technical time-out.
